Brett
The third in our series of wild beers, brett beer, was created in collaboration with Frenchman, friend and brewer Victor Mousset. The brew is fermented with Kveik, and secondary fermented and matured in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with the addition of a wild yeast culture. The result is an elegant and light beer with a subtle hint of French lavender.
