Latitude #4 Brett beer is a collaboration created under the inspiring leadership of Gabin and Hippo, interns at Brouwerij Homeland and Brouwerij Pronck in Leiden.
Saison
The base of the beer is a Saison with the addition of French summer honey. After that, the beer matured for a year on sweet white wine barrels in Pension Homeland. With a wild yeast culture and grape juice from chardonnay grapes added. The result is Latitude #4 Brett beer, an elegant beer with the right amount of fruitiness and funk.
