ZeeArend is a collab with More Beer Amsterdam. Brewed without barley, with only rye, oats and wheat in the malt dump. No residual sugars due to fermentation with yeast and an enzyme, making it dry and very drinkable. Dry but still soft and full due to the special malt dump. Low in alcohol.
Hops
With Australian, New Zealand and American (Galaxy, Motueka and Mosaic resp.) hops, which give the beer a fresh bitter aftertaste and especially a citrus/tropical/stone fruit character.
