Thick dry hop
This very popular Homeland beer has undergone a slight transformation. More oats and wheat in the malt recipe make the beer softer and smoother than ever before, and give it a slight cloudiness. The yeast used in this beer gives fruity esters of peach and tropical fruit. This fruitiness is complemented by huge amounts of dry hops of Amarillo and Mosaic.
No bitter hops are added during the boiling step in the brewing process, but only during the whirlpooling and in the dryhop. This makes the beer extremely fruity and hoppy, but hardly bitter.
